There was a Hummer TSB for restoring all the cladding. They used this stuff.
Welcome to GatorBack: Home of Automotive Protection Systems
It works and looks great. Restores it to factory levels and will last for years.

Post Restoring Faded Plastic on your Hummer

If the plastic on your Hummer is faded and you're looking for an inexpensive permanent solution to restore it then you have to try this new product.

http://www.wipenew.com

My profile pictures shows the product on the left side of my H2 bumper. The right is untreated 4 year old plastic. This product restores the plastic to original color and goes on easily. You simply clean the plastic, dry it, and apply Wipe New. The best part is that you do not have to re-apply the product.

I've covered every inch of plastic trim with it and the luggage bars and the wipe blades, and the rock bar. I've applied it to the step bars too and was surprised to find they're not slippery.

I conducted this little experiment on a product we use called Deluxe Shine.
This stuff is amazing with long lasting results.
We get it from a local distributor but here is a link to their website

I use back to black all the time. Takes a few coats but works great.

Only draw back is that it wears off quickly. I use it every other wash.
