Well, the good thing is...Based on Import Killer's criteria, that can be considered a custom modification. Definitely not a bolt on.

I do have a suggestion for him: H3 Rear Bumper $ 750.00 USD (That's almost reasonable compared to the Bully Dog and H2O stuff....and truthfully, I like it better) H3 Rear Bumper with a black wrinkle powdercoat finish. http://www.hummeraccessories.cc/viewProduct.php?id=110
