I currently work at a GM dealer part time, and we have just taken in a 06 H3 on a trade and I was thinking about buying it for my wife. I've read through all the posts and noticed that I didn't see a lot of people who have the Corsa exhaust installed. I'm looking to put an intake and exhaust on it. They all sound good, but I want an exhaust that won't resonate or drone at highway or interstate speeds. I know from Corvette experience that Corsa makes a nice exhaust and they claim they have no resonance. If anybody has a corsa, let me know your experience. By working at a GM dealer, I might be able to get a deal on the GM Performance exhaust. Does anybody know for sure if the GM is the Billy Boat system or the Corsa system. Because there are two versions, the touring and the sport, it makes me think they are corsa because Corsa is known for making those same touring and sport exhausts for the Corvette. Any new input would be appreciated!  Thanks!  BTW the WIFE LOVES THE H3.

Billy Boat made the first GM version of the H3 exhaust, sport I think, which included the tips and is now discontinued by GM.  Billy Boat is still selling them.
The current GM H3 exhaust has tips sold separate, which IMO makes the price rediculous, so Borla is THE choice for that much $$$.  I have had excellent results from Borla, but pricey.   If you have read the threads you probly already know I have the Magnaflow CAT back, and I do like the system very much.  So far completely happy!!!

My dig on the Corsa exhaust is the shiny/polish look that you are paying for.  Heat discolors that some, but in MI, the road salt will beat the shine up and so why pay for it.  If I was in the south, Corsa would be fine by me.

Hi Doc,
Are the Magnaflow tips welded on and are the edges rolled?
Do you know if they have any tip options?
Trying to decide on an exhaust system but will not do it until the snow stops blowing.
I had a good deal going on a B&B system but I have real concerns about that flange
connection at the rear muffler. I read a number of people having problems with it.
I heard that was one of the reasons GM discontinued that system for the current ones.
I see you are in Harrison? I'm up by Algonac.
Thanks for any info.
