Thanks Gorilla. I haven't had alot of time to do a search (because I use my free time on here ) but that's very positive info. We'll see what happens with my home re-fi first. I haven't had a chance to talk to anybody yet.

Well, I don't think that's possible. I found that I've about, oh, 20k miles over my lease mileage allowed for the two years I've had it so they probably won't be able to do anything. Looks like I'll just end up buying out the lease and re-fi'ing the rest of the H3, or just wait until the 4 years is up and buy it out then. Either way, it doesn't look like I'm be getting rid of it, which is good in a way, because driving these loaner cars makes me realize how much I would miss it

Does your 13 year old daughter have patience or panic when things go wrong? Does she drive your H3? Is she 5'1"?

She is 4'10", My H3 is an auto, but she has driven it on a couple trails in Northern MI w/ me in the passenger seat. Panic, no, but she does laugh some. Here is what I learned her on, 1972 Big Block Olds Cutlass 4sp A wee tad more throttle responsive than the 3???? Anybody can drive a stick. Some just need a little more TLC and encouragement.

I know I know. That's a SWEET ride my friend, SWEET. Maybe I'll try. We have plenty of land around here to do it on, and parking lots to boot. I'm not worried about her driving, I'm worried about her stopping and kinda freakin out if she forgets to use the clutch to stop and rear-ends someone. Hitting someone in a little rice burner is alot less damaging then hitting someone with a Hummer I can't afford for that to happen right now.

It's no different than teaching a puppy potty training.... except you don't whack her on the nose with a newspaper....

Oh great. Now you are calling my wife a dog? And I thought you were one of the good guys I see ImportKiller has taught you well. No wait, he would make some kind of Taco Bell reference or something

She doesn't have patience..... that's my point, and she even admits it. If that car wasn't rolling in 5 minutes, she'd probably give up lol
