Has anyone replaced torsion keys? Any details on how to do it would be appreciated.

I figured it out. Well really there wasn't much to figure out.

Jack the front wheels off the ground. Loosen the torsion bolts. When there is about 1/2 an inch of thread left, the torsion bars are complete unloaded. Remove the bolts. Push up on the torsion bar about 1 inch slide the old keys off and put the new ones on. The new keys were almost touching the bottom of the floor board, with out an tension. Then just crank away until you get to the correct height.

I know have 24 1/4" between the bottom of the fender to the center of the wheel. I wish I would have measured it before I did anything.

Now off to get an alignment.

Thnks for the how-to. I was kind of wondering myself because I plan on doing that too. I didn't figure it was any harder than that, but I wasn't sure about how you go about determining how much preload you to in to get the ride height desired. I don't know if the keys come with any suggestions or reccomendations to sttart from.
