Does anyone know if the air filter has been changed from the 2007 H3 to the 2008 H3. I wanted to get a K&N filter and was told it was different. The 2007 is circular and the 2008 is flat?!?

What high performance filter is available now and can you feel any difference in performance?

Yo Tank man. Whazzzz up. Welcome. I had not even thought about this. Good question. I'll check around, and maybey an 08 Three drivin member can enlighten us before I see whazzz goin on.

Post up some pics of your truck, and how about one of the Air Filter!!!!

I have the K&N. It helps, but I cannot tell you there is any seat of the pants feel with just the filter in a 3. IMO the filter is the weakest link, and we've speculated that just a filter upgrade might be 2-4 HP +/- ????

I'm guessing the 07 and 08 3.7L are identical.

Great Guess, but....................apparently not. Fram and K&N show no part number for the 2008 H3, same with the Alpha???? Oh Hummer Mike............PART NUMBER please!!!
The Tank says his is flat??? IDK Anybody with an 08 H3 want to post us a air filter pic????

It only takes but a couple of minutes to open your filter box and look. The '07 is barrell shaped.
