Hello all,

Curious to know if I am able to install 15" rims on my H3 (pending offset)? I understand there are dependencies, but wanted to know, in general if this is an acceptable fitment.

The reason I ask is that I have an incredible deal on some great offroad tires but they will only fit a 15" rim.

I am currently on the stock 16's (non adventure package).

Thanks all!

Man, i don't know for sure, but i'd say no. I doubt they would fit over the brake caliper. Maybe you should check the clearance, there prob. isn't any. I'd check myself, but i got bigger rims so thats no good...

Good lord 16" looks to small on an H3. 15" would be a joke.  Start looking at 20" wheels or used 18"OEM wheels.

15's will not clear teh caliper, some 16's won't either. Wish they would, nothing looks better than a small rim and huge mudders around em,

I think that might make a good "poll". What size rim do you prefer? My preference is a 20 inch. Not too big, not too small. Jus' right.....

Even 20 will look small without the right size tires.  I had 20's on my blazer and they looked too small let alone an H3.

I agree this would be a good poll. I prefer 17's for that off road look or 20's for more street appeal. But that's just my opinion.

anything over a 17 with a 35" tire and you have yourself a pavement pounder..just not enough rubber to be able to air down enough to do any wheeling. a 20 might be "just right" for a street ride but IMO is worthless on a hummer or any other 4x4.

X2!

I prefer 16", but 15" would be nice on the H3.

i think peoples choice in wheel size is a direct relation to your age the older guys like small rims and the younger you are the larger the rims you want ..................my preferance is 16 to 17 inch but i think the larger the rim the easier it would be to balance a large tire

I know the GM cousin "Cayon" and "Colorado" sport 15" wheels.
