Been trying to figure out for a few weeks why my cruise control worked here and there. Took it to the dealer a few weeks ago and they could not diagnose it. Driving home the other night my headlights came on and my cruise went off. Ah ha !! I did a few more daytime tests and sure enough it is only when the headlights are on, not the parking light and not the DLR's. It's going back to the shop Monday.
Anybody else hear of this or a cure?

Yeah.... what he said.... I've never heard of anything like that in any make of vehicle....  unless your high beam switch in the smart stick has an issue.... but I think that is a stretch...

Problem solved... I told the tech today of the problem...apparently the led brake light bulbs that I put in the rear tail light assembly told the computer that a brake light was on..therefore when the headlights came on and the rear tail lights were lit it shut down the cruise even without the brake lights being applied... put the regular bulbs back in and i'm cruising normally.... anybody wanna buy some red led bulbs? LOL

Happy to take one for the team!!! I'm just happy that NuCar didn't charge me since it was supposed to be warranty work.

Yeah.... seriously no pressure... I honestly didn't even know we owned it until they sent us to Dan's office to sign over our titles and sign the paperwork...
