Reminds me of Trash Hauling Companies and Cable Carriers. Call and tell them you are switching, and suddenly they can save you$$$$. WHY THE HELL DIDN'T THEY GIVE YOU THE CHEAP RATE TO BEGIN WITH???? Quite the racket, Onstar

XM Radio is the same way. I keep cancelling and they give it to me free or at a reduced rate.

I got an extremely cheap rate of only 5 dollars a month for xm because I told the manager that the customer service was being rude and disrespectful

My neighbor had to call a locksmith because she locked her keys in her vehicle at the mall today. Hubby was out of town, so he couldn't bring the spare set. It sort of made me think about this thread. One visit from the locksmith is probably worth 6-8 months of On-Star.

Besides, if you ever hit the blue button and get a chick named Veronica.....she sounds friggen hot...had a 40 minute talk a few weeks ago...it's like phone porn!!!*
