What type of gas do you recommend using in the H2 Hummer, Regular, Premium, or just add octane booster?

I use regular 87 octane. No problems yet.

The manual states to use 87 octane!!

I use Prem shell v power, it prevents engine gun, or so it says

Thanks, Im using regular gas in my 2005 h2 with 17000 miles. So far everything is great.

87 octane is what these engines were designed to run at i believe

Dayum...I been buying 92 octane since I got my rig. Hey HummBob...do you use 87 in your rig?

I use regular and high octane is for a fast car or for turbocharger 4 cylinders

The expensive stuff is for high compression motors technically, I think.... The 6.0 is what?? 9.0:1?
