OK since most or all of you are H2 owners what is your overall thought about your H2 I am looking to buy one in the next couple months but would like to know are there any years to stay away from?  How do they drive?  I don't want to dump 60+k into something I am not going to like and test drives never tell you the whole story!  Mainly driving to work but some minor trips.  Let me know your thoughts

Thanks

I love mine....  I'd stay away from the new 2008's because they got rid of dash titties.

I noticed you are from WI..... any chance you know the jackass that just asked the same question one thread down?

Depends what you like!!

Check out a Wheat Interior and an Ebony Interior. TOTALLY different look. My wife liked the WHEAT where I like the Ebony!!

Other than that, there aren't alot of differences. I think the HP increased in '05 or '06??

Thanks for the reply,  I do not know the other guy but its a little crazy the same post!  Anyway I guess my biggest question is hows the comfort of ride?  Is it something you like to travel in or not?  A person I was talking to had one and said they had it in the shop every 3000 miles but they bought it used and who knows the history!  Mileage it sounds like 13 is the average?  Some guys said around 10 which would suck but if you drive it half easy and not pounding on it will it get near 15?

Thanks again,

The oly way you will ever get 15, is on a fat highway with cruise set between 55 and 65.

But if you are already considering a H2, you can't be that concerned about MPG.

I know if you can't afford the gas and have to ask the price you can't afford it!  I just want to get any surprises out of the way ahead of time.  I figure it will be 10-13 typical and 13-15 when your easy on it I just don't want to dump the cash and find 8mpg and be totally pissed!  Just trying to get as much info as possible before spending the$$$  Thanks for the info

The comfort is great.... I like to drive mine... one of the best parts is the memory seats... my mirrors and seat is perfect everytime I get in.... radio stations and ac is right where I like it.... visibility sucks... I won't lie... You have to get used to it....

So everyone would recommend a 2005 - 2007?  Anyone know of any dealers with really good deals on 07's?

Thanks

I have only had my 03 H2 for about a month now and I absolutly love it.  I have the airride system and I have to say mine rides like a Cadlilac on the road.  Very soft cushy ride.  The seats are like Lazy Boys.  I get rougly 11mpg.  for the most part I drive it easy and every now and then I have to drop the hammer.  During the Summer we travel to many lakes in Soutern KY and Tennessee.  I cannot wait to take it on a road trip.  There is my .02 on owning an H2.

I have had an 03 H2 for about 3 months.  In the city of Chicago I get about 9 mpg, which increases to about 12 at 75 mph on the highway.  A very comfortable vehicle that is quite a pleasure to drive due to its uniqueness.  It is like nothing else I am aware of, but you have to like it.

Not true go to a dealer with a cement course and get them to bring you through it, you may piss yourself.
