Can anybody tell me how i can access my xm radio on my 2007 H3 so that i can install a converter for a remote amp? I have looked and I just don't see how to get to the thing.

put your fingers in the acc. power outlets on the bottom right of the faceplate, pull up slightly and it will pop out, then just work your way around till the plate is off. You'll then have to unplug all the plugs for the 4x4 buttons, etc. Once that's done you'll see how to remove the radio...nothing to it.

Job well done. came out great and it still works only better. local audio shops wanted $ 25 - 75 just to install rca converter but i already had this. after seeing how to access the panel i now know that i am in the wrong buisness.
thanks again.

i had posted on another thread that i had use my 4 whl for the first time and the serv 4whl light came on . hasn't come on again and just wondering if when i unplugged the controls when i removed the radio face plate if that could have caused this to happen and then it reset itself.
just curious
