alright,i didnt want to spend 300 bucks on a leveling kit, when just raising the torsion bars would work, the only problem is is that the shocks werent long enough,so instead of buying longer shocks for 180 bucks,i figured id make some extensions, and low and behold, works great,it retains the factort ride and lets the shocks do what they are supposed to,so i figured id pass them on to you guys.there is another guy that sells almost the same thing for 130 bucks, but you get the 2 bolts to mount them with.well,i am not giving you the bolts so i figured 50 bucks shipped would be a great deal.these should work on the newer ones as well, they were made to fit my 06.i have 4 sets right now and can make more, but i wanted to test the waters.these are made out of 3/16 steel.they might be a little snug fit,but they will work,i dont like loose tolences.i have been fabbing stuff up for years,so my work is good please ask all questions.pm me if you would like a set

Not a bad job at all....They look beefier than the ones that come with the TuXXX kit....and $50 bucks

Hey Mike..... You set those extensions up to accommodate a front end measurement of 24.25 inches, correct? (measured from the center of the front hub to the bottom lip of the front fender) On my '06 that was withing .5 inches of dead level and is the measurement that Truxx and Ready Lift use.

that is about right, they are made to accomodate 2 1/2 inches of leveling, you can go that much if you crank the tbars all the way,but it is also about the closest you can go,,they measure the same as the other ones do,i asked,

Considering you did that before I could provide you with measurments and pics....I would have to agree. Was that all done with angle cuts or did you do some heat-n-bend stuff....

Hell, sell 'em in the raw and let the purchaser get 'em LineX'ed or powder coated. I've heard that you can get around those kinks in the tubing if you fill it with sand and cap the tube....I wonder if that is true.....
