If my remembery serves me correctly the recommended service intervals are in the owners manual. Also, if you've been in exceptionally dusty, muddy or wet environments the intervals change. Common sense rulz on this one.

The 06 Manual says to change the transfer case fluid every 50k, Auto Trans every 50k, doesn't say when to change manual trans. fluid or differentials??? Front and Rear Axle SAE 75W-90 Synthetic Axle Lubricant (GM Part No. U.S. 12378261, in Canada 10953455) meeting GM Specification 9986115. Transfer Case DEXRON®-III Automatic Transmission Fluid. Look for “Approved for the H-Specification” on the label. I would change the transfer case and differentials all at 50k.

Thanks guys. I don't have the manual in front of me. I have only gone off-roading twice, and my truck does not get exposed to dirt and mud, other then what's on the road, which around me isn't much since most of the roads are brand new. I'll probably wait a while then. I don't tow either (yet), and 90% of the time it's just me driving it.
