Well guys, I just upgraded from my ’06 base to an ’07 Adventure package. Should be happy right?
Nope.
Less than 36 hours after taking delivery, I find this waiting on me in the garage.
I haven’t the words to express the level of PAIN I wish for this M*THERF*CKER to feel ! ! !
The best I can tell, he used a screwdriver to pop the window/frame and gain entry to the vehicle.
He flipped up the back seat, climbed in, discovered my locked tool box and cardboard box with U-Steps In it
WAS NOT the sub-woofer box he thought it was…… and hauled ass……
Nothing else stolen, nothing else even touched.
The bad part is the damage to the door when he pried on the window frame….

HOLY CRAP, that really sucks . I have no wods to describe what happened except . I bet you would wanna beat the crap out of him . Hope the insurance covers it, and hey at least he didnt steal the radio or he didnt steall your rims.

Well, I've calmed back down now and can return to the post.......
Just viewing the pics put me in a very, very bad place...
On the surface, we are talking a simple property crime. A material possession. Just an inconvenience
associated with life in the big city. That's what insurance is for........yadda, yadda, yadda.....
BULLSHIT ! !
I work between 60 and 70 hours a week to provide for my wife, my mom and my mother in law. This H3 is one of the few
things I allow myself. This is NOT just a material possession, it is the result of many hours of labor on my part. So in essence,
this "human stain" has not only cost me money, he has stolen from me the time it took to make that money. Something that is
finite in nature and something I can't recover. In my eyes, that is unforgivable.
He will not be caught. He is just one of MANY black males in a hoodie with a screwdriver in his back pocket.
(As I'm told the security camera footage shows....How he got in a gated garage, they do not know)
So....Instead of going to the dealer tomorrow to get my new leather installed, I'll be wheeling onto the lot
sporting a really nifty looking replacement window, constructed of cardboard and blue painters tape, looking
for a repair estimate...
Oh hell........I better go read some other posts.....I can feel my blood pressure getting higher the more I type.....

sorry bro...that blows! If it makes you feel any better someone egged my hummer and dodge last night, broke into my dodge, took the face off my radio and crushed it in the street next to the truck, then peed on my door. Which really pissed me off cause now I have one clean spot...just looks funny Seriously...no BS...I was actually going to make a post about it till I saw yours....a little pee on a door seems too small to make a post over after seeing your pics.

thats my guess..... we have a house down the street with a prius and some other hybrid POS....we don't get along very well...they have two teenage boys also. Seems like every time I run the boat in the driveway my truck gets egged I have an extra baby camera that I hooked up looking out at my trucks....I at least want to make sure it's them before I pay them a visit

I wish the government would instate a program to clean the gene pool from these parasite scums.
Gunner_45, nice job in locking your possessions away in a case, thats a smooth move. I am thinking that it is somone from the inside of the complex... if the security has no idea how they got in, that probably means they are from the inside already. I would be looking at cars there and checking out who is into audio, most likley the car with the audio equipment not broken into yet would be the person you are looking for.
In fact, due to the weak and lack of garage security, I would even see about suing the complex so they are forced to update their security system and keep a closer eye on the cars. What good is a GATED security parking when anyone can enter that gate?!
At the storage facility where I park my boat, we had a couple of kids jump the fence and bust in the windows of about 10 moving trucks. They busted in the side windows, busted the front windshield with what appeared to be a club or something. Fuking bastards. Even when it's not my property, if I see somone doing that to ANYONES car, I will give them the beat-down of thier life. Scumbags they are.

Dealing with the insurance company now.....What a Joy.
Initials parts check is $500 +. Required body work is unknown. Labor is unknown.
Appraiser has not called her shot yet.
