I've used this stuff before.  It's awesome, but it's like an art.  You really need to apply it evenly, or you will have glops of goo all over your engine.

Even MOM got it clean

If push comes to shove Doc, you can always find CD-2 at Amazon, it seems those folks have everything nowadays.

I'd be careful with the Simple Green though, I love it, it's a powerful cleaner - so powerful the military has forbidden it's use in some locations.  I guess it has a tendency to eat rivets and such, over time.   No wonder it's a good cleaner.
