I'm a grillin machine. Game, fish, veggies, the basics. I love it, all year long. I've been a deer hunter since I was a kid. When I was in college, you had to eat, but no money will make you a real good deer hunter . Venison chops, tenderloins, and steaks, all good lean stuff on the grill, never higher than medium, DO NOT OVER COOK, and you're good to go. The rest, spaghetti, chilli, and the sweedish meat balls, you can do the roast on the grill, but it's a lot of work and way beyond my answer here. Now it's time to go home and grill!! Yikes, talk about a thread jack.
