HI, Can anyone tell me if you can add an in the dash navigational system, satellite radio (sirrus or XM) to an H3?

Absolutely you can. I have the Eclipse AVN30D made by Fujitsu. With it you can also have Sirrus satellite radio. I LOVE the NAV system but do not have the Sirrus hooked up. I have my iPod hooked up to that instead.
