Well, well, well...................Here are your 8179's Mr Zyne

(For the record, I almost wish I had gone with the black rim with chrome rings and hardware..They look like hell without the rings)

*GNNNNNNNNNNNNN*  GIMME!!!!!!!!!!!  Definitely with the rings though ..  where did you end up getting yours from and how big of a hit should I expect for a set of 17's?  I have no interest in anything bigger because I don't want to have to rebuy the tires, once is enough for me LOL!

Gaaaakkkkk....I can't believe I'm saying this....But I got 'em at 4 Wheel Parts.

My 17X9 Rims were $212 and the rings were $63....Black might be a bit cheaper.

The splined lugs were $36.00 including locks and 2 wrenches.

Although I haven't damaged one of them "yet", I plan on picking up some spare rings.

There is a functional aspect to those rings, as I'll fubar one of them before I total a rim.

They are either a love 'em or hate 'em kind of thing, with a few WTF's thrown in for good measure.

kinda depends on what you are looking for gorilla. If you are strictly street then a good all terrain tire like toyo, bfgoodrich, mickey thompson atz's will work. If you off road and want to go with an aggressive looking tire that will work well on and off road then I would go with a mud terrain that has siping in the tread blocks. Siping is basically little lines cut into the tread lugs, this allows the lug to grab the road much better in wet/ icy conditions. I have mickey thompson mtz's on the h3 in my siggy and they work great....Nitto makes a great mud grappler, parnelli jones dirt gripz are awesome also...lot's of good ones out there, just look for the siping!!!
