Rear license frame

I'm looking for the entire rear license mount plate for 03 H2.  All of the clips and screws have broken off and it will not stay on.  GM is awful proud of them, so I thought I'd check here.  Any ideas?

Yeah, got one off eBay but was missing mounting screws and had a crack. Checked with GM again because now the back cannot be opened at all without the entire thing falling off. Must have been misquoted last time, the one I ordered was $100 less. Still a rather large bill, but it's not my dime.

i have a license plate holder that mounts on spare tire. (black/chrome).
