What brand or brands of air intakes are you guys using on your h3???  I have a 07 h3 extreme and i would like some input!!  thanks

my window sticker says 2007 h3 suv h3x, I guess it is a apperance package

ok, an h3x..never heard it called an extreme...I know what you got now. I have a K&N...love it...but it is LOUD

I am a big fan of loud, On that K&N did u use the factory air box, or does it come with that heat shield

I have the K&N just like Dennis except the pipe from the filter to the engine is chrome.  Looks great sounds good even if it is a little bit noisy.  Just sucking air.....and boosting horsepower.....

Guys remember that K&N CAI for the 06 model does NOT work on the 07... UNLESS YOU BANDSWAW THE TUBE and use the stock box and a factory replacement K&N filter. (Gee, wonder who did that?)

If you use any CAI system that uses the stock breather box (or one like it) it isn't very loud at all. The loud ones are the ones that replace the breather box and use the air dam instead. The resonator box on the stock motor doesn't seem to quiet down my intake sounds any more than using the K&N tube. The noise seems to be with the airdam designs that replace the closed breather box.

i bought a k&n for a colorado ,and it was the same part #,,but i got it and it fits like a glove..........well like an intake ,but now my wife syas it is too loud so if anyone is interested,it is in the for sale ads
