MY HUSBAND AND I ARE THINKING ABOUT MAKING A PURCHASE ON THIS 2002 HONDA GOLDWING..ASKING PRICE IS $13,500..AND I GOT THEM DOWN TO $11,000..it has 21,000 MILES ON IT...NOT A SCRATCH/DENT ON IT..WHAT DO YOU THINK..YES/NO.

I'm in agreement with Dennis.  If you had ever seen the result to the skin of a rider whose bike went down, and they were frankly STUPID enough to not be wearing leather, it would make you think twice.  Wear the leather, wear the helmet and be VERY alert to other traffic-not much protection on a bike.

It's very pretty, I really like the color... but I'm a harley girl myself.. Now if it was a Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Touring Glide I'd say go for it. That is one nice touring machine. Rode to Americade this year on one and it was unreal comfortable

Thanks everyone for all the good advice..going to look at it tomorrow..if we do decide to buy it..will be very carefull when riding it..not so worried about myself..more worried about other crazy drivers..[8D]
