hey not to long ago i removed my stock airbox in my h2 and instaled a cold air intake which gave me alot more power but i was wonderin if i shopuld be able to mod it to dual cold airintake  for better performance with out having to do any new exhaust system. if any has noticed the h2 has dual 4" exhaust pipes each with its own catylist converter doing into a dual port muffler and coming out dual but it is then joined by a Y spliter and converted into a single 4" pipe. if i install dual cold air intake i wonder if i take off the Y spliter allowing normal dual 4" pipes coming out of the muffler if it will increase power becasue by joining the exhaust pipes into one your limiting the air flow coming out creating a choking efecxt for the engion?

please send feed back

I know what you're saying..But the extra intakes would not do much more for you, other than what you got now...the air volume is only going be as much as can get by the throttle body...So your currnet CAI is passing all the air that your engine needs and then some..

mhmm ic so pretty much theres no point of creating dual but wat do u think about taking off the y splitter that connects the two lines comin out of the muffler, and jus have natural flow with two pipes?

The best thing you could replace is the muffler. Go with a cat-back system. Most are duel.

You want to keep the cross-over..it helps balance exhaust flow.
