that is a lot of crap....  Tailgating is a 5 pt violation here.... speeding 20 over is only a 4pt....  they should have at least tried to get the other guy....

my $.02
He wasn't driving a HUMMER...

Dennis; are you so inclined to say he got pulled over because he was being singled out for driving a Hummer? Now why would something like that possibly happen

I like leaving all my tinted windows up when I get pulled over, just open the drivers window enough so that the pot smoke can exit the vehicle....cops seem to like that.

LMAO!!!  Yeah but they always end up confiscating (yeah right, the twinkie thing got started for a reason here folks lol) the stuff and giving you a ticket in those situations ... this of course assuming you don't have enough on you for a REAL good evening .. then they offer you a rather sparse looking hotel room instead ... never did get the prohibition bit when it comes to pot ... should just do like they did with alcohol and then turn around and tax the sh!t out of it like they do with tobacco.

Hmmm I always felt it was right the opposite around here ... you rarely see high priced vehicles pulled over, they are almost always the more main stream stuff.  Or it could just be that they clock someone at 96 mph and figure there ain't no way in hell a big azz HUMMER can go that fast lol!
