Hello guys,

I have a 2001 H1 6.5TD Wagon. I have had a leak in the passenger floor sense I got the truck used about 2 months ago. At first the leak was minor. This holiday I had taken on the task of fixing the leak. Just could not stand another ear full from the wife as she gets her shoes wet. I have found that the issue is a crazy design of the condensation discharge. The plastic hose fittings that connect the ac discharge tank to the exit hose had snapped off both exit points due to weak plastic nipples.

I have now installed new metal nipple hose connections into the factory housing. The part I am in question is the back pressure of the system. The system generates 2-3 lbs of pressure in the discharge line, is this normal?
