3rd Row Seats for children

I am going to install a complete 3rd row seat.  I find multiple companies on the net that apparently make or at least sell them.  They all look the same, except one can be ordered with shoulder belts on the ends with a lap belt in the middle.  The others all come with two lap belts.  The shoulder belts seem clearly superior, but I am looking for other information from those of you with these seats - there must be other differences also that only those of you with them will know.  As these seats are rather expensive, I do not want to make a bad decision.

I purchased a 3rd row back in 04' for my 03'. They didn't offer shoulder belts then. The lap belts that came with it were even too short for my then 5 year old so I purchased longer belts. I now have a 07' and have installed it. The only difference is you have to drill a hole through the floor for the top bolt on the left side mount for 06' & up. I think they all lay flat and slide now, that is a big help to lay it flat do you can put stuff back there.
They have come down in price from whrn I bought mine.

Interesting that they were even more then.  I'm seeing about $1500 for the non-e-bay ones - but from just looking, I can't tell the difference. 
Would you have other suggestions for the efficient use of an H2 with small children?  I just bought the H2 (an 03) as there was no way to carry 3 children under 5 in our prior vehicle.
The H2 seemed the best choice in this regard - well from our perspective.
BTW - very impressed with your selection of other vehicles - is that a W8 or 12?

Anyone else with info on theses seats?  Your input would be appreciated.  It seems a company called JAT design is a big player in this area, but would be nice if anyone has experience with the others.

It's the V8 car. I had a tough enough time spending 80K on a VW let alone a 105K for the W12.
I know this sounds stupid, but it has been the best & the worst car I have ever owned.

I have a 3rd row seat (the tan color) that I took out of my H2 and never use. I might be will to sell if te price is right. Its loctaed in San Diego, is like new, and has the lap belts. Call if interested 858-692-0711
