Well, I was cruising down Route 1 in Seabrook, NH the other night, I had my wife, son and son's friend in the truck after an afternoon of BMX racing. This guy, who was straight out of Cops with no teeth, about 150lbs soaking wet, a mullet, ripped tshirt and obviously a single digit IQ, in the passenger seat of a really ratty Ford Escort starts flipping me off and calling me an asshole for driving a Hummer. He makes a bunch of choice comments about me, the truck, and the fact I would actually own it. As we pulled up to a red light, the barbs kept coming. I simply smiled and started laughing and pointing at him, and said "You are laughing at me when you are in THAT??" Well, that just made him even madder, and now his fat, toothless, braless girlfriend driver started in too. We continued down the road, and he whips a plastic bottle at the truck. We pull up to another red, and I said to him "Sir, please take your beautiful car and skanky girlfriend back to the trailer park and feel free to give me a call when you can actually afford to own a Hummer." Well, he didn't like that either and another bottle sails (and misses) the Hummer.

At this point, I had to turn off onto a side street to my son's friends house. The kids (both 12) were kind of snickering about the whole thing, while my wife was fairly pissed at ME for yelling back at the guy. Granted, I probably shouldn't have yelled back with two 12 year olds in the car, but for me, I actually held back a great deal.

My son's friend runs into his house to grab some clothes since he was coming to my house for the night. As I was sitting there, I see the Escort come up the street and go over to another street that doubled out behind me. Sure enough, Cletus and his woman decided they wanted to come back for more. I actually think they were planning on doing something to the truck, but Cletus got a BIG (6'4", 300lb) surprise when he chraged out of the passenger side and started to the Hummer. I caught him in the middle of the street. He had a bone (yes, a bone, maybe a leg bone of an animal) in his left hand. I actually considered for a split second pulling my 9mm out of my holster, but once he saw the size of me, charging at him, he pretty much stopped in his tracks. He starts yelling more, and i simply use my size and weight to grab his wrist and escort him back to his ghetto ride while telling him that he really needed to get back into the car if he knew what was good for him. Skanky girlfriend was now howling like crazy about how I called her a skank, and I told her that her and Cletus should leave before the cop in the house came out. I helped Cletus back into his car, as I let go of the wrist he tried to throw the bone at me and was rewarded with the window frame cracking onto his wrist. I could hear him howling in pain as his lovely girl roared off. The cop next door and my friends dad both came out once they left and asked me what happened, I told them, the cop offered to get them pulled over since I had the plate, but I figured I would just drop it and chaulk it up to the Hummer experience..........

Good job at keeping your cool.  Don't know if I could do that.

Keep a eye on your Hummer just in case

It was actually a good sized bone- maybe 2 feet long, thick enough that if he had in fact swung it, it might have hurt. For some reason, it just dropped to his side when he saw me coming at him. Not quite sure what he was thinking, but then again, it didn't seem like he had too many brain cells to begin with......

That video is fricken great!!!!!  I don't think I've laughed THAT hard in months!!!  Sorry to hear about your escapades RedRocker, some people just don't have enough common sense to quit before they get taught a lesson.  While I can't own a gun (non US citizen) I do carry a metal bat for that very purpose ... Granted, I think we all saw how effective those are against a gun .. hmmm .. time to rethink this .. lol!  J/k

That's awesome....  I am so happy we don't have major issues like that around here....  because I know I can't control myself.
