Just got home a little bit ago from a very fun filled weekend. I met some great people and invited many of them here. I invited a Hummer Tech to join just because he told me he had some silver roof bars for ZYNE...

Our fearless leader was in a 2006 H1 Alpha. (he even let me drive it....

) When the weekend was over we met up at his house for a little bit. I can't say enough about his dedication for the event and his passion for Hummers.

Anywho... I have hundreds of photos and hours of video and so I will share a few pics to get it all started.

This is Day 2 after the AM General guys bolted my steps back on....

4 coats of mud, please......

Trey 3 wheeling...... (when we lined up for this hill I have my missus on video saying "OH MY GOD"...)

Lance found great parking....

They sure are.....

Trey is riding on my window ledge.....

There IS a H3 in this pic..... honest....

Muddydawg75,
It sounds like you got in a little wheeling after the event by stopping at Herolds, in Clifton Forge. He was a very nice fellow and would wheel with him again.

Have you got that thing cleaned up yet?

I ran mine through the car wash and have done the first round of pressure washing. Oh, the pain of the scratches. Even my poor phone. LOL.

It was nice stopping by Harold's... The last thing I really wanted to do was wake up and drive 500 miles so it was a nice way to end it all.

It's raining here today so I took another vacation day to clean the truck. When it stops raining I will get out the pressure washer and the sprinkler. I already found a stick lodged where it shouldn't be.... and a 3" rock on my front skid plate.

I was dying at the awards banquet when you showed us your phone. That was great.

This line that Trey is taking is the same line the other H3 lost his fender well on....

Hummers grazing on the open range....

it's only a short drop to your death on the right side... and total paint destruction on the left...

Trey doesn't know it yet... but he is about to bend his receiver hitch at the top of that first hill....

Not only did I bend my trailer hitch my H3 hitch cover I broke 2 of the 3 welds holding it on, scratched the hell out of it and the pin holding it in I had to snip off just so I could get the cover out of the hitch. Great pics I just got home so I'll post some pics in a little bit.

What did you hit to smake the hitch?

Have you got your new H3 yet? I know all those scratches would get to you.

I have a pretty decent dent in my muffler.... it matches the one Trey would have had in his T-Case had I not found the rock first......

I found some West Virginia stowaway's today.... riding on a skid plate....

Trey, if Lynn tries to tell you I made her wash the truck....

Wendell, it was on the hill climb by the logging company. It was the hill climb so I couldn't see what was over the top of the hill, and I came down too hard/fast and my hitch bottomed out on a rock. On top of that I just checked the Hummer Catalog and they aren't selling the same hitch cover anymore. I'll have to see what's on Ebay. As for a new H3 I'm going to stop by the dealer and see what they'll give me for this, the scratches don't really bother me....it's the price to pay for the fun we had. But I rather have the Lux/Adv Pkg. H3 since we going to be off-roading for a long time. I'll keep you posted. Hey Stan, when your done come over and wash mine.
