ORIGINAL: Dennis Sarah babe...Straighten out the end of a wire coat hanger and find the little notch (hole) in the cap on the opposite leg of the headrest from the one where you push the button to lower and raise it with..Stick the wire into the little hole or notch firmly while pulling up on the headrest...this should release it. So THAT'S how you do it! Nobody seemed to know how. I saw that little hole and thought "NAHH, that CAN'T be it" DOH!

Headrest pics...what most didn't realize (or really care lol) is that I have CLOTH seats - not leather. This may seem odd (ICK) to some to do this - but having the leather H3 headrests actually goes very well with the cloth seats because the gray piping on them matches the gray cloth seat insets well and actually the leather blends in with the console, door panels, dash, etc and actually looks like it belongs there. Also, this adds some snazz to my otherwise dull & boring cloth seats. The logo on the headrests also matches my H3 logo carpet mats. Thumbnail Image

Sorry, I guess not so good pics..took them in a hurry - dont know what the distortions are there
