Hi Guys,

I'm an 80-series Land Cruiser owner who's interested in scoring a set of low-mileage RH-S take-offs from an H3. Does anyone have any experience with these versus REVO's? Specifically interested in longevity/durability as well as snow/ice and rain performance.

Oh, and if there's anyone in the Seattle/Everett area looking to get rid of theirs, let me know!

I live in the Portland, Or area, and I don't have a need for mine, but could use the garage space they take up. I took them off at about 4000 miles.

Thanks Linus, I'll keep that in mind...honestly I'm hoping to score some ultra-low mileage (e.g., driven from the dealer to the tire shop) ones locally.

On that note...is there a particular shop/chain you guys tend to purchase your aftermarket tires from?

Thanks!

Linus, are your tires still available?

Also, anyone have any feedback on rain/snow/ice performance, and/or versus Revo's?

Thanks!

Heh...good one...I was a Ford guy growing up (Broncos of all genres...still have a 76) and have a little Chevy blood running through my veins (65 1/2 ton shortbed...still have it...and 96 Tahoe Sport...sold it to get the Land Crusher, got tired of fixing it), but am pretty sold on these Rickshaws since I've had the Cruiser...I do miss that Vortec 5.7L/350, though.

Hate to admit it (not really), but I think H3's look awesome...would be lying if the basic look isn't in the back of my mind as I plan my upgrades. REALLY wish GM/Hummer would modify their platform-sharing to incorporate a solid front axle and lockers front & rear into those rigs (a la my Crusher). Once they put the 5.3 V8 under the hood for the '08 model year an H3 will be VERY tempting for a next/another rig!

Linus, if your tires are still available, would you mind sending or posting some pics so I can get a feel for how they've worn?

Thanks Again!

Linus - Just checking to see if you've received my emails and/or PM?

If you're interested in a deal, please let me know so I can let others I'm talking to know.

Thanks.
