Can anyone offer advice on what works on removing mud spots? I was able to remove the spots from the metal part of the body but the plastic like on the fender flares is a different story. Also what is good for covering up scratches caused from brush? I went off-roading earlier and the trails were kind of narrow and I came in contact with some branches and such. The scratches aren't too deep but you can definetely tell they are there. Thanks for the help.

A buffer is usually all you need for the scratches. If you can drag a finger nail over them without it snagging, then you can buff it out, If your nail gets caught, it might be time to seek a professional.
