Is it possible to install a good built in XM module into my OEM NAV radio? Is there a plug insde the radio to tie into?
I'd rather do it right than to place a external FM modulator unit.

??? If you don't already have an XM radio module, why not just get the GM factory one (you can find them on ebay cheap). It plugs into your factory NAV and integrates perfectly. Our 2007 H3 came with XM and the 6CD changer, then I swapped the head unit out for the factory NAV and the XM module just plugged in and works great!
