I wouldn't go so far as to say that the problems I have would warrant investigating an anti-lemmon law by any stretch of the imagination. My problems have been pretty minor compared to others, and are in line with problems that people have with any new car, any make, and model. And I don't think that I have a "bad apple" either, but I would say that I have had more issues with a brand new car than I would like to have had. Fortunately for me, my dealer has been AWESOME. I cannot even think of anything they could do more for me than what they have already done. That has been a HUGE relief, and help. Got it back yesterday, and probably put 200 miles on it in 24 hrs.. Working great! About the Inilex, its a Nav system underneath the car that is, as far as I know, an add-on you can pay for (GPS Navigation $1695 on the window sticker as an add-on option), but my dealer threw it in for free. It runs on it's own separate battery since it's an always on live system, even when the car is off so it will not drain the main battery, as in my case before (the upgraded version has a new type of battery of it's own). All it really does is allow you to track your vehicle, locate it, follow it, setup a geo-fence, MPH restrictions, when it starts, when the unit is disconnected, etc..etc.. I log into their website, you can check it out at (www.inilex.com) and do it all from there. If any triggers you setup are set-off it will alert you on your cell and email you. I'm not sure what the criteria is for what vehicles it's on, what dealers use it, and how's its distributed. I talked to my step-father who is the service mgr. at Indy Hummer and he has never heard of it, so I don't know if it's a west coast thing, or what. I know some dealers use it for lot management. Cheers. Have a great weekend.
