i use spay tyre shine on all the wheel arches,  bumpers, underneath, everthing the is black
and it comes up a treat you only have to do it every third or forth clean
down here we have stuff called export brand and a can is only $2.50(cheap)

I liked the Mother''s also but it didn''t seem to last as long.

I use a liquid silicon and every thing plastic on my car looks brend new!
Basicly the same thing as tire shine but its not as thick- down side to it, dust and dirt sticks

In all seriousness, try Mother''''s Back to Black.  Works great as long as it''''s anything short of needing paint.
