I don't know how strict they are in NY. In CA I think its just a fix-it ticket. I would just keep it in the truck and if I get pulled over, just show the cop and slap it back on. (temporarily of course

the cops in ca only use the law to check on high theft cars.... easy way to pull you over check if stolen.... never had front plates on any of my cars.....

That yellow one is the Rough Country truck. They make that winch mount also but it hasn't been released yet. I believe the tires are 37" Mickey Thompson Baja Claws.
