Speaking of weed.......my grass seeds grew, a little bit too much actually.  I need to purchase a weed wacker.  After going to Home Depot, I realized why people buy Gas ones, because they are cheaper then rechargable and less of a hassle.

I saw some decent ones for around $65.  Do you have any suggestions for a decent weed wacker in the $100 range? It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just for grass.

Oh yeah, and tell those bastards we are going to all bring our Hummers to their business and play demolition derby with their warehouse if they don't get it done by next week

I have a toro $$$$ and a weed eater ($125 cheapy) and I like the cheap weed eater better. Have had it for  years now with no problems. Good thing about the electrics is that you can teach your wife to use it

Slap me silly and call me Sally, but what is a weed eater? All I have ever seen was the normal wackers, and the ones that twist and become an edger.

Don't worry.  One day we'll all come and invade your home.  OH YES WE WILL.  We'll even have our own calendar girl, Sarah, who we'll dress up in one of those body-paint-only bathing suits.

What was I saying?

ok, now that I have some time I will explain the cement episode. The crew of mexican day laborers came last week to backfill teh pool, tam it all down and level it for the cement. They got more dirt in teh pool than in the hole they were backfilling but thats another story. They get all done and the owner of the company tells me that he is going to call the fence guy to come and remove my old fence and install the new fence before the cement is done so that he can cement right up to the fence. Fence gets done and looks really nice...until....this morning when the mason and his band of day laborers show up to install the forms and lay the cement. After taking measurements and scratching their heads for a few minutes they decide that the ground is too high and that they now have to break up all the compacted dirt and remove some. Now mind you that I have already tilled and leveled the backard and removed 27 wheelbarrow fulls of dirt/rock. They removed 4" of dirt on the ENTIRE perimeter of the pool...and piled it up around my newly tilled and leveled bakyard.....there is now 5 yards at least of extra dirt there. They say they can spread it out because they cannot take it with them.....needless to say I was on the phone with the pool company and after flipping out for 10 minutes they are sending out a supervisor tomorrow to evaluate and remove the soil.....I should make dvd's of this project and sell it on pay-per-view
