Hello everyone. :-)

I'm basically a virgin when it comes to the Hummer and am a pretty big fan of the H2 and H3X models. I'd like the Hummer to be my first vehicle, but I'm not certain on which to get. How do they compare? Is one better on gas?

The H3 should do better on gas than the Deuce.  I would have to be biast and say get an H2 since that's what I drive but it depends on what you want really.  If you don't mind the crappy gas mileage the H2 I think is far more geared towards creature comforts than the H3 (sorry guys).  Though the H3's are not bad in any ways.  Some people claim they are under powered but the H2's are no speed demons either.  If you offroad the H3 will do you better in those tight spots but to be quite honest .. I had no issues with my deuce even on ATV trails .. granted. .. I got some custom pin stripin' out of it but ohh well, happens.

It all depends on what your going to be doin in it.  I'd say get the H3 as your first Hummer and you can always go up from there.  H3 is cheapier on ins. and is great offroad.

i love my H3X and i love the H2 sut
the main reasons i went w/ the X was money, mpg, and fits better in parking spaces
the parking spaces thing was more for the wife
the X seems to turn better  ie  turning radius

you're either a troll, or didn't wear your helmet on the ride to school.  i'd have to agree with impy, sorta, but i'd recommend a 4runner, assuming you're able to get a driver's license.

Can I put 35's on a CRV?..Will that give me better ground clearence?..What's the towing limit?..I was thinking about towing a horse trailer with two Clydesdales in it.
