Here are some pics of a H3 that a mother bought after her son was killed in Iraq. The pics were taken when she visited Camp Pendleton, CA where her son was stationed before his deployment. If memoery serves, his 7 ton truck was hit, and 9 other Marines died with him. Thier pictures are painted, 5 on each side, on the rear side windows. She doesn't live far from me, and I know someone who knew her son from high school. Being a Marine and an Iraqi Freedom vet myself, I have yet to talk to her because I think it would be painful for both of us.

Thanks for all the replies. I realize that there are not many custom painted H3 out there. Once we get ours and paint it I'll post pictures. I also have a 2002 Z06 Corvette that I just completed painting candy red flames on the front, pic attached. Give you and idea what I'm thinking about. Anyway I'll be an active forum member. Again thanks.
