vibration underneath...1800-1900rpms

ok....so my H3 has been in the shop already for this issue....first time they found missing bolts from the skid plate....vibration noise is back...

this time they say its on the exhaust...

anyone have this and what was the outcome ?

dealer just called ...

they said it needs a new exhaust manifold......geez

how many times in the shop till i can lemon law...[:D]

I had the same issue's..........in Nevada lemon law is 4 times within 1 yr on the same thing.....sorry !

TN 's lemon law is 3 times same issue  in 12 months

sorry, not gonna be a lemon law...not by a long shot. Just some piss poor techs at the dealership you go to.

I had this vibration...does it do it when you "power brake" (put it in 'D' put on the e brake, push in the brake pedal as far as you can and push the gas til you get to the vibration mark)?
If so..the solution takes about 2 minutes.  there is a heat shield on the passenger side of the engine block...its shaped to look like the actual engine but its not..just a shield.  Thats whats making the vibration...sometimes while changing the oil, this gets bent to touch the real engine block.  grab the bottom of the heat shield and pull it away from the engine.  It doesnt take much but thats what my vibration was.

I had the same vibration. Drove me nuts! I got it fixed at the dealer today. He said it was a transmission line (a metal line) that had come out of a retaining clip and was vibrating against something. They replaced the clip and secured the line. I've put about 50 miles on it noise-free!

I also had the regular maintenance done -- oil, filters, alignment, etc. The truck runs great!
