Wow, I've never seen that!!. Good thing the hose didn't fling back and hit your H2. I would have tore him a new A$$ hole. People just cant put down the cell phone for than 2 minutes, drives me crazy!!!

the quick connect is at the top of the pump, so all the hose went with him, and the pump was between us, so i was pretty safe. i worked for a wireless phone company for 17 years, up 'til last month, and even i hate seeing people yakkin' on 'em in their cars. of course, it's no different than applying makeup, reading the paper or yellin' at the kids in the back.

He also didn't heed the advice on many of the pumps not to use a cell phone while gassing up due to possible static sparks! That would've put you in danger too.

that's nothing but an urban legend, it's never happened and been proven to be false. you'd have to rub it on carpet to get enough static to create a spark. more likely that dropping your keys would have a bigger chance of starting a fire.

The low around here is 2.09. But still see 2.29 - 2.39 in some stations.

We just dropped below $2.00 also. I'm actually a it surprised to see it come down below $2.00. I wonder how low it will go and how long before we go back over $2.00. I just think that times are changeing , but we will see.

i was talking about that with my dad. he lives in PA, and i live about 5 hours away in detroit, and as the prices here have gone pretty stable around 2.00 even, they have gone down below 2 consistantly in PA.
