Vent still "on" even when "off" - 5/2/2007 12:32:46 PM

Even after I turn the fan dial to "off" (i.e., all the way to the left), I still get air coming through. Anyone else have this problem? Just noticing it now as I feel hot air coming through. Simple solution is to turn to temp dial to cool, but I shouldn't have to do that.

That's just forced air coming through.  Every vehicle I've ever had does that.

Yep, that's be it...Punch the recirculate button on (middle of fan dial)

Or, close the vents and then put masking tape over them.  I think the blue painters tape looks better than the traditional masking tape color.
