Nah...no thanks JD...I had heard what they were like over there before and I had a little taste of it in the 1st couple few posts that popped up immediately after I posted. I accomplished my task there - (to begin to post everywhere that I can about GM.)  People that have nothing better to do than jump other's SH*T right off the bat in such a nasty manner...have just that...nothing better to do (nor the intelligence!) Personally I think what Sarah has had to go through is total BullSh!t on GMs part.  My 06 H3 is the very first GM product I have ever purchased. I was thinking of selling my 06 H3 and picking up the 08 H3 w/the V8...Now I want nothing to do with GM!!!!!!!! NO MORE GM PRODUCTS FOR ME!

Im going to wait for the ALPHA now.  The deals on the 07s arn't as good as I thought.  I have been talking to a dealer in Georgia that has been extremely helpfull, plus she has a sexy voice.  I'll buy from Georgia and have it serviced in Florida (maybe go back to Georgia for service myself) I will own a H3 for the rest of my life but after this I do not think I will buy 3 more H3s for my buisness.  I was originally going to get a few VW Bugs lol.  Someone said I should get some FJ Cruisers and have them custom painted.  Any suggestions?

Oh and I guess I will tell my story since I will not be returning to my dealer ever agian.  I know for fact the dealer reads this forum.  I had the head replaced in my 06 H3.  Two weeks later engine light was back on and idled even worse than the first time.  Turned out it was missing a bolt?  How do you forget a bolt? They changed a seal or gasket or something.  I know nothing about cars...  Almost a month later engine light came back on.  Turns out they are replacing the head again.  They keep giving me a Jeep Cherokee that looks like someone peed the seat.  I peel out in it and drive it like sh1t.

If, you live in the US, the Magnusson-Moss Act ( Federal Law ) just might work for you ... It covers any item that costs $25.00 that hasa warranty ... I know in Wisconsin this Federal Law has been used  successfully several times in warranty disputes. I had an '06 with a brake & throttle problems that Bergstrom Hummer of Milwaukee & GM could or would not fix ... After 10 timesin for repairs, I now have an '07 H3 that I had to settle for because yellow is no longer being produced ... I had a very frustrating 8 monthstrying to resolve the issues ... Stick to your guns and keep going forward ... There are lawyers specializing in Lemon Laws ... They willreview your case and help you decide what course to follow ... In Wisconsin, if you win, GM would pay twice what the window sticker wasplus any accessories added AND your attorney's fees ... The averager payout I can figure by GM is about $250,000 per case Good Luck ... We are with you in spirit

Maniac, thanks for your words of support. My sympathies to you and your previous H3 problems.  GM is lucky that you went on to purchase a 2nd H3 after your bad experiences with your 1st H3!  May your luck be better with your new one!
 
I believe the Mag-Moss Act tho -  refers to modifications made to vehicles and warranty voids doesn't it?  I have made no mods to mine and also unfortunately the lemon law doesn't come into play here since my H3 was repaired. Here the Lemon law states that attempts must be made to repair the same issue on 3 separate occasions before it can take effect.  My beef is not with my H3 at this point, it is with GM and their customer care practices and the dishonesty that they displayed with me.

Heh, I know.  Do you have any other pics?  Do you have any other pics in the other 1283 posts?  Have a good day off to Docs.  I will post some pics of mine when I get home.  We have the same color.

Oh so now we are twins or something? [:D] LOL  No, sorry no other pics...but Dennis has a few so take a look at his and see the cool things he has done to his gray H3.  There are quite a few Boulder Grays around my area.
