I am new to leasing, this is my first leased vehicle. I wanted to finance but didn't have enough money to put down to make the monthly payments in my price range. A friend of mine is a finance manager at a dodge dealership and he said after the lease term is over the leasing bank will contact me with options to turn in or to buy, he said that most of the times they would rather you buy it than have to resell it so you can negotiate the amount owed on the truck. Is this correct? I have 3 years to go, just looking into the future a little.

yes thats correct.... watch your milage $ ....then negotiate a deal
