Yep...361 miles. I've never even gotten over 320. The ol' H3 must be a little more broken in or something. We took a trip down to Freer (Texas) for opening day of Turkey Season. The H3 was awesome on our 860 mile round-trip. The leather and the XM make these trips much easier. Of course, there's also plenty of room to bring back piggies like this...got him with a knife. No $hit. 153 lb. wild hog.

Hey guys!!!

Can somebody tell me if there's something wrong with my '07 H3. I can't squeeze more than average of 16.3MPG out of it (very calm driving, no sudden acceleration or braking). Usually it varies between 13.8-14.5 (approx. 50% highway) Isn't it a bit too low?

Thanks.

No..actually that's quite normal...You can improve on it with a Cat-back exhaust, Cold Air intake system and a PCM tune...(2 days left on the forum Group special from PCMforless...See this thread  http://www.hummerforums.com/m_54217/tm.htm )

Make sure your tires are at least 38 PSI and once you change oil the first time to synthetic, that will help a little too.

Mine now is about on average 17.5 to 18.5..With the above improvements

Damn, I'm getting 13mpg with a Cat Back and CAI (but I'm running 35's) - I can't believe that they are costing me 3-5MPG
