I was actucally on my way down to JEEP to get a new Rubicon when I was sucked into the Hummer dealer a block up....LOL...and I liked a certain one going for $36000. Drove off the lot paying $29,900 and they upgraded free to their offroad tires. It came with sunroof/tow package etc! I was happy !!!!!!

We got our $58,000 H3 for around $42,000. That's what the dealer "threw in". Best deal I ever did swing.

You're right. One of Canada's national symbols is the beaver. Aren't we lucky? Too bad it's the one with teeth! PS: How do I know if ours is an H3X? From the looks of it, it is, but how do I really know? Edit (agian): Ok, found out. H3X has colored front grille, H3-embroidered seats, and a spare tire cover. Ours is minus those, but has everything else added as an option.

Besides giving me the easiest vehicle purchase ever, the guys at Lynch Hummer gave me the following: 3 different Hummer hats, 3 hHummer keychains, 3 Hummer toys, and 2 Hummer mini maglights.

I'll find out Saturday when I sign the deal. I get a Hummer H3X at invoice. $3500 rebate and $2000 GM Card incentive. The deal is excellent but I have one concern. They have to go out of state to pick the Hummer up. They want to charge me $300 for 2 drivers to get it. It's been my experience to see $80 per driver so it seems high.

ORIGINAL: Dennis I would not have a single swining dik drive my new car back from somewhere else...I hope you mean they will be trailering it back...otherwise who knows how they drive it, as it needs to be babied for at least the first 1000 miles..better make sure that it's being trailered and not driven. Every dealer around here hires drivers. Usually retired limber diks. I will inspect it thoroughly. Thxs 4 the tip.

I walked in with cash and they took 12 grand right off the top. I got a real nice shirt, a first aid kit and some other kit with a tire pressure gauge in it and a flashlight... I didn't see the "for your H3" in the post heading.... duh... But that's what I got for the H2 anyways

The dealer had $7K of add-ons like chrome wheels, "Desert Protection Package" etc. I simply refused to pay for any of those items and asked for them to take them off. When I came back in a few days after the purchase the service manager gave me a few of the items for free and the rest were at his cost (close to the prices we see on the Internet.) That brought it down to $2400. I also negotiated at dealtime another $3K off the price and they gave me Blue Book for my trade-in. I think I got a good deal. The dealer extras were chrome wheels, roof rack bars, nerf bars, chrome taillight trim (free), mud flaps (free), pinstriping (painted, not vinyl tape), chrome locking gas cap, Desert Protection Package (they wash/wax every six months, clean the leather, free), front window tint, VIN etching on the windows, tire and wheel warranties. Also, they were very easy to deal with at Lund Cadillac Hummer in Phoenix. No high pressure sales from the salesman or from the finance manager. They also do free pick-up and drop-off of the car for warranty service.
