How difficult is it to install a new intake for my h3? What kind should I get?

It's a P.O.C....

There are a lot of good intake systems out there..I used K&N..Because it has a long and good reputation, Reoiler kits are available everywhere..And Ebay has them for the cheapest price..

Removing the existing unit seems harmless.....one question....there is a little chip mounted on the OEM air intake tube. Where did it go on your pic?

You're talking about the MAF sensor..It's there..It's hidden from view because it's on the backside of the intake tube.

Mark...I played hookie today and wash the H3 and put another coat of that ICE on..This stuff is awesome..I slopped it on everything! Water don't even stand on it..it repels water..I've never seen anything like it...Four friends at work have bought the ICE now since I told them about it..And they now are all converts and swear by it too...

nah, it's the prettiest engine i've seen in a long time. it helps me remember that they're not all brown . . .

you should offer it to K&N for their ads, for a fee of course.

H3 intake is one of the easiest type to install. Aftermarket replacements also come from various sources. It would be better if you go for online stores like Partstrain if you desire for fast and much affordable products and services.

They do not list any H3 on there site
