what happens if you get stuck in some deep mud, sand, or snow ? is there a feature to keep them from comming down when you open the door in a situation like that? how does it work?

oh ya also they look very cool i have always liked them

There is a SMALL motor on the back part of the boards that lowers/raises them when the door is open/closed. If there is something in the way, it just stops. It doesn't FORCE them down.

Very nice.

I like the way they keep the lines clean..

Now you just need to get an animated version of your pics to put in your signature line......

wow, really nice, although I like to minimize electronic gadgets on my hummer as much as possible - just something else to service and worry about failing..., kinda reminds me of the seat belts that engage when the door was opened and closed, remember those? - creepy

Bebop your H3 really looks nice! congrats on your new baby... - love the lights!

I seen those on a ford before - would be handy on the trails no need to remove sidesteps before wheeling!

Looks awesome...but...be VERY careful with the steps!!! My friend had them on his exploder and they worked great, till he got road salt and sand in the hinges....that caused a downward spiral that ended in us ripping them off. Just make sure to keep them lubed really well and even if you don't wash the truck...wash all the moving parts of the steps regularly.
