You need to be a bit more specific. All Hummers come with a GM exhaust. Do you mean the GM "performance" exhaust?

I was just kidding you of course

...Yes, if were me I would see if I could work a deal with the Dealer to have them install their Performace exhaust system as it should be tune exactly for your Hummer.
