I was getting a consistent 11.3 GPM 1k miles ago. I am now getting 9.2. I have a 2003 H2 with 37k
All normal maintenance done per schedule.
Any ideas??

Maybe because they are in the middle of changing fuels???????   Or you just need a tune up???

Driving habits haven't changed. Winter hit, but I would think since the air is colder & thicker, the system should adjust the mixture. It never mattered in the past 3 years though. Pretty damn odd.
