to begin with im not much of an off roader, big trails and snow covered golf course that i work at.my question is,is there a 35 inch tire that is made for mainly the road.im looking for something that will fill the wheel wells. or do i go with 20 22 inch wheels and thinner tires, although im not into the real thin tire.i just dont want to hear that tire hum.

I would go with a BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A in the 295-75-16 size with the stock wheels (buts that's just me). They are a 1/2" taller than the stock size that come with the Adventure Package, but you shouldn't have to raise the torsion bars, and they should fill out the wheelwells nicely! They look kinda aggressive but are quiet and very good in the snow. To save a few bucks (if you are in to that) you can get the same size in a General All Terrain for about $50 cheaper a tire ($140-ish versus $190-ish, The Tire Rack).

I second the BFG TA's in 295-75-16 with the stock wheels. It is a great tire, very good wear and quiet too.The 20-22" wheels is a personal decision. I like the look/design of the factory wheel better than any after market wheel and I think the long sidewall with the 16" factories look much better that larger wheels. Some people think the opposite so it really is what YOU think. One thing for sure, the factory tires, even the 33's, look like Honda Accord tires inside the H3's giant wheel wells. NOTHING changes the look and personality of the H3 like 35's which fit my H3 without touching the bars and it has no rubbing.

Did you put a leveling kit on with your 35s or just put em on? I am only asking because I have an 07 and it looks level already. I am putting 35s on next week and just wondering if it will still be level.

Tankman - If your H3 is level now putting 35"s on won't change that at all. It will give you more ground clearance and it will be easier to park on top of Hondas.
